By using ExploreMyData ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

ExploreMyData is a free, browser-based data exploration tool. It allows you to open, explore, and transform data files (CSV, Parquet, JSON, Excel) using DuckDB WASM, which runs entirely in your browser.

No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate. You use the Service at your own risk.

Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you process using ExploreMyData. We do not access, collect, or store your data. All processing happens locally in your browser.

Advertising

The Service is ad-supported and displays advertisements provided by Google AdSense. By using the Service, you acknowledge that ads may be displayed alongside the content. Ad content is provided by third parties and we do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any advertisements. Your interaction with advertisers is solely between you and the advertiser. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExploreMyData and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss or corruption.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of ExploreMyData will be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
